We guarantee our weld for 30 days. If your chain breaks at the weld site, you can reach via our contact page on the website for a re-weld free of charge. You MUST bring your chain with you, a new one will not be provided.

Although the pieces we use are durable they are not indestructible, please use care & caution. The daintier the chain the more fragile it is. We cannot offer free replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost or snagged jewelry. ALL sales are final once chain has been cut.
